This is a super easy and delicious recipe. Unlike other marinades that require extensive time in the fridge, this needs 30 minues max (but ofcourse if you can marinate for longer it never hurts).Marinade for two fillets:2 tbsps soy sauce1 tsp grated ginger4 grated garlic cloves1 chopped red chilli (if you're looking for something non-spicy packed with flavour, try and find Netherlands red chilli)1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce or chilli garlic sauce (according to preference)1 tbsp rice wine vinegar1 tbsp avocado oil (alternatively you can use sesame seed oil, if you want additional flavour)Method:1. Mix all the ingredients together for the marinade, and coat your fillets in the marinade2. Add to a baking dish, then glaze the fillets with 1 tbsp of runny honey3. Oven bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees, until crisp and golden4. Once ready, garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve with a side of tenderstem broccoli and brown rice
